Al-Futtaim Technologies, one of the region’s leading systems integrators and a member of the Al-Futtaim Group, has won a contract from Emirates for the installation of advanced Alcatel-Lucent IP telephony systems in the new, state-of-the-art Emirates Group headquarters in Dubai.

Once complete, the advanced IP telephony solution, with over 3,000 subscribers, would bring about significant total cost of ownership (TCO) reductions for the new facility and enable Emirates to have mission-critical voice communications solution while improving efficiency and flexibility.
“This contract represents a strong endorsement of Al-Futtaim Technologies’ capabilities and solutions,” said Venkat Raghavan, divisional manager, Al-Futtaim Technologies. “Total cost of ownership and a sound return on investment are driving customer decisions to implement the latest converged technologies. We see an increasing number of customers approaching Al-Futtaim Technologies to assist them with implementing the most modern IP telephony and converged network solutions.”
